Furthermore, we recognize that massage therapy is regulated differently across Canada. What is within the scope of practice in British Columbia may not be permitted in Ontario or unregulated provinces. Therefore, we ask all members to contextualize their advice and clearly state their province of practice when discussing regulatory matters or specific treatment modalities. This ensures that advice is legally sound and practically applicable to the recipient.
